I have no idea what it means or where it came from. And I'm sorry to accuse my friend Big Nanny if it is in fact not her doing. But ALL THE EVIDENCE would point to her. Just sayin'.
However, if she is not the mastermind then I wanted to break it to her gently that we in fact do not have any hot dogs to distribute. This is false advertising at it's finest.

Okay, you know I'm not that clever. I only wish I could think up practical jokes like this one...this has Robyn's name all over it.
Also, I left the state of TN @ 10:20 a.m. this morning.
And yes, I would be disappointed if I drove by and you didn't have any dogs.
